Earlier the app used to be available on the Mac app store. But after the update i am unable to install it.
Please enable so that i can download videos (Wisdom series) for offline viewing.
This is helpful to show in our Gnanakshetra as the network is low there, so streaming wouldn’t be possible.

Can no longer view the video on ipad in full screen

Why i am getting this message while downloading on app. Is there download limit introduced?

Hi,
Being a great fan of AOL and its previous app, I would say I’m really disappointed big time. Because of the reasons mentioned below:
1. No data migration was planned- have to loose all my customised download playlist of audio, video and meditations.
2. No option for bulk download is given in knowledge talks/discourses spread over multiple episodes like Ashtvakra/Bhagwad Gita; however bulk delete option has been given ironically.
3. The dowloaded media files aren’t playing when your phone is in offline mode….missing the whole point of ‘Download’ any knowledge talk/meditation.
I’m hopeful that the development team would be taking a cognisance of this issue and release a stable version if this most loved app soon.

System problem
I purchased a paid membership, but I have been unable to login since yesterday and cannot watch videos normally . I hope the system problem can be corrected, otherwise it will be very inconvenient for users. Thank you so much.
Unable to locate knowledge talks
In the previous version of the app, there was an option to locate knowledge talks (standalone talks - ex. Are you tired?, Jesus the embodiment of love, etc). However, there in this new version I can't find a separate section like that. Though these talks are available only if you search for it.

Botheration not working
In earlier version, there was an option for choosing, writing and dropping Botherations. But, in the current version, there is no option to choose botherations. Please include.
App update removed key free programming
Update removed live events that includes Sudarshan Kriya follow up in Gurudev’s voice. The live events show up on the app but takes you to the subscription page or the page says “event to start” even though the designated time has started.
It’s important to drive commerce on the app, but let’s not go too far where core programs that were meant and communicated to be free go behind a paywall. Hoping this is corrected soon and free programs are available like in the past.

So Much Content Not Available After Update
After the recent update, a lot of the content is not to be found, especially Bhajans. I can no longer play select Bhajans from any album. Please fix this!!
Even after the subscription is paid every time it shows please buy and it is extremely annoying.

After I updated the app is not opening at all
I have a annual subscription and I like to be in sync with Gurudevs blessing and course updates. The app interface can improve and the app can add more meditations and material. Currently I’ve taken annual subscription but the app has crashed after I updated. Kindly help
Repeat button doesn’t work
The video keep repeating despite of clicking the toggle button on or off please fix it u would be in deep meditation and the video starts again . JGD.
Unable to reset password
I am unable to reset password as OTP is not coming to my registered email address. Raised multiple tickets with support and response is very poor. I have subscription for 3 months which I am not able to use due to login issue.
