Please keep support for older versions of iOS.
I have two older iPads that until this latest update ran the app fine. Now it says that an update is required but when you go to the App Store you can’t download it because it requires a newer iOS version that the 2 iPads don’t support. Please put it back the way it was before this latest update. Thanks.

New version will not work on older phones.
Have an older phone, now app that I’ve had for years will not work. Just didn’t want to buy a new phone to use this one app. May just change banks since my other banking apps work still.

I have so enjoyed Arthur State bank except in the very beginning when I couldn’t get a car loan. However, Wells Fargo took a chance on me and gave the amount I needed for a Toyota Highlander! I’ve paid on time every month.

Being disabled has really increased the quality of life using your app.

I’d like to be able to see my balance. I don’t care about available money. It is not as helpful as the BOA app. Very disappointed. I don’t use my laptop that often.
Great app bad bank
This is a great app however I wish I never banked with them at all. I work from home and have my pay sent via direct deposit every week .Every time I have money sent or get paid I always end up waiting a day at the least for my money to show up the pending process is way to long for this bank. lord forbid you have get paid from your job the pay a bill is due because you won’t be able to get it .you’re going to have to wait a day for the pending process to complete with this bank it’s terrible.

It stinks.
The app never takes checks. It takes 20 mins to upload and I end up having to take it to the bank anyway. I hate using the app. I hate coming to the bank because the customer service sticks too. I am at the point where I want to change bank.

According to the Zelle app, it is included in the ASB app. I cannot find it.

Photo requirements are extremely difficult! I’ve had to tear up and rewrite checks twice now and checks, even small checks, get held. It’s frustrating! I went to this Mobil ap because it’s so far to drive to one of their locations.
