Fantastic Tool!
My son has been working with a speech pathologist for a few articulation errors he’s been struggling with. This app has been such a fantastic tool to easily whip out when it’s time to practice at home (or on the go, which is convenient and so helpful)! It is so easy to navigate — it provides words/sentences/pictures/sounds so I don’t have to think of them and allows for a clear path of progression (starting with individual sounds and working its way to conversation). My frugal husband is even willing to pay for it because it’s been so easy to use and so helpful for our son! He is going to graduate from speech therapy in just six weeks! Highly recommend!

Good app, but bad subscription!

Great resource!
This is a great resource that I use daily! The kids love it and it is very easy to use. I love that you can customize the word lists to select target words you want/don’t want. The one thing it doesn’t have that I wish it did would be additional phonological approaches like multiple or maximal oppositions, otherwise it is fantastic

I am a Speech and Language Therapist specialising in speech sound difficulties and have just started to use this app. It is PHENOMENAL. I am really impressed with how many activities there are and how it progresses smoothly from sound level and beyond. Really well-thought out and put together. Easy to use too. I will be using more and recommending to others.
It has kept all the good features of the previous Articulation Station App but developed a much wider range of useful information and excellent tasks. I love the minimal pairs activities. This will save me hours of work thinking of these! They have also included vowels too which are often really tricky to find resources and pictures for. This is a great inclusion. I also really rate how it has now gone beyond sentences with scenes to look at and describe as well as generating thought-provoking questions for conversation. Just brilliant.
Definitely worth getting. I will certainly be recommending to parents and staff in schools.

Great app, but needs some tweaks!
Love so many features of this app, but please make it possible to go back into the session to rescore the results. Once you click “Done”, there needs to be a way to click back to session screen. One reason is that I have some students who become frustrated by seeing scores other than a green check and I would like the option to record and score later. And sometimes I just hit “Done” by mistake! Also, when they see me mark it as almost or wrong, that in and of itself is a cue that they did not produce it correctly and many of my goals are written for the “no cues” level. Thank you!

No customer support available
I keep getting a notification to update the app but there is no update to download. Also getting “need iOS 15 or later” error message and I have iOS 16.7. So now I cannot access the app at all and I have already paid $120 subscription fee for this year. No way to email customer support, no phone number. I guess I’m just out $120. Take your business to a company with better customer service.

I hope there are devs who can create similar apps that are affordable for parents and SLPs. This company is one of many profiting off of children with delays and disabilities. Absolutely no reason why these products should be so expensive; it’s another iteration of “they’re desperate, so they’ll pay.”

Designed for very young kids. Also, very difficult to unsubscribe.
Thought I’d give this a shot for my 10yo who had trouble with pronunciation. We tried it a couple times, but the app is geared for a much younger audience and didn’t keep his interest.

What happened to our paid app? Now it changed to a free app when we paid $60. Is the free app the pro version we paid for?

I LOVE this app for speech therapy. I had one issue where it stopped opening- but they helped me fix it right away. My students love this app and I am excited to continue using it.
Stopped Opening
I LOVE this app for speech therapy. I have had the paid version of this app for many years - and it just recently stopped opening. Please help me. My Mac IS running on a silicon-based chip, I have used articulation station hive on my computer for many years so I know it is compatible, and it says there are no updates. Please help me - the app is just no loner opening and it was such a great app.

Crashes every time
This app is great in theory but crashes literally every time I save any data to it. It won’t let me reopen the app unless I delete it and redownload it. I can’t have my data collection means be so unreliable
One time purchase option
I love this app. I almost use it everyday in speech therapy with my kiddos but I wish we could buy the app with a one time purchase like with the Articulation Station Pro Es.

Articulation Station Hive is an absolute favorite in my speech therapy toolkit! The artwork is so cute and appealing, and the app is incredibly easy to use—it’s intuitive enough that I can jump right in with students without a long setup. just downloaded and there’s trouble
i just downloaded the app and trying to sign up but as soon as I hit the password section to create a password i type one letter and it freezes and says the password doesn’t match
Best App to track articulation
I have used this App since it first came out and prior to the Bee Hive enjoyed using Articulation Bee the previous version. This app provides real person modeling, isolation tracking in a fun way and impressive data tracking for students up to 20. Easy to use and full of fun updates.
