Works when it feels like it
This app seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it permits me to log in and sometimes…it doesn’t. When I can access the portal, it’s wonderful, but the app needs to be in the right mood first.
App is glitchy
I can’t even sign into the app, it keeps saying my session has expired. When you click “app support” it brings you into a loop to download the app. No way to get apple support as it isn’t a purchased app. So… who do we contact when we can’t login ?
Hands down the best app in the industry!
This is hands down the best app in the music industry! The Cash-Out functionality is a game changer! I wish the other majors had a similar service but sadly they don’t. Setting up the access was a breeze. I contacted their Client Services department and provided the necessary documents. Naturally, with a powerful tool like this, all of my information had to be properly vetted which I very much appreciated. Sony is not playing when it comes to hacking. I can now request $$$ like it’s an ATM.
