Great tool to have all your credits organized!!
Doesn’t work, prices up every year
This service didn’t even work as advertised for most of 2026, with the company admitting it was due to botched server migrations. No credits for this outage and no real mention of it unless asked directly. Service doesn’t update credits automatically, and they have jacked the price up every year to an insane amount.

Customer service is lacking now
This used to be a good service, but as of lately they got rid of human interaction and added AI to handle tickets, I’ve been reaching out to them for 3 weeks and AI tells me I’ll get a human answer in 2 days and I never do, when before it was almost immediately. They made their subscription more expensive, but are having merger issues with credits not showing or being removed or greyed out. I paid to have a service where I can interact with a human! This is outrageous

Platform appears abandoned
The site has stopped updating its data and customer support is purely ai chatbots that will “escalate” requests with no humans responding to issues. I hope I’m proved wrong and the site gets back online again…
