Doesn’t work, prices up every year
This service didn’t even work as advertised for most of 2026, with the company admitting it was due to botched server migrations. No credits for this outage and no real mention of it unless asked directly. Service doesn’t update credits automatically, and they have jacked the price up every year to an insane amount.

Customer service is lacking now
This used to be a good service, but as of lately they got rid of human interaction and added AI to handle tickets, I’ve been reaching out to them for 3 weeks and AI tells me I’ll get a human answer in 2 days and I never do, when before it was almost immediately. They made their subscription more expensive, but are having merger issues with credits not showing or being removed or greyed out. I paid to have a service where I can interact with a human! This is outrageous

Platform appears abandoned
The site has stopped updating its data and customer support is purely ai chatbots that will “escalate” requests with no humans responding to issues. I hope I’m proved wrong and the site gets back online again…

Charts & Credits Have Stopped Updating
Unfortunately the main reason I use this app, the player charts & credit tracking, have both stopped updating as of April 23rd. I have been assured multiple times by various team members that they are still tracking internally, just not being displayed. It’s been nearly a month since I’ve had accurate data, and I pay for this service. No one at the company has offered to prorate my subscription for the lack of functionality, so this is my only recourse. Beware if you are thinking of subscribing at the moment. They do not have a published timeline for when their service will resume.

Be wary
Service hasn’t worked in months and nothing but ai chat bots for support saying they’re in the middle of a migration. Deleting folks comments off the socials isn’t a good look either. Cancelled my sub and won’t return.

They seem to have setup ai chatbots for support and completely abandoned it. Will be cancelling and charging back the latest renewal fees.

It's a scam app
They offer you a month subscription for around U$8. However, they automatically renew your subscription every month and the iphone doesn't recognize the app subscription, so you are never able to cancel the subscription. It's a total scam app, they are probably working against the developement rules of apple. Don't download it. It's a scam.
