Won’t Load

The Artwork Editor will not load. They told me they’re fixing it but it’s been over a week. Cannot use the app.

Watermark

I was excited to use Artivive and download the app to my iPhone 13pro, created a very basic artwork with a short video overlay to try it out. It worked well but when others tried to view it, there was a watermark on it. I contacted customer support and was told that both the free and pro tiers have that watermark what’s the point ?
Am I missing something??!
Asking viewers to download an app just to see a piece of art without a watermark seems problematic
