Won’t Load
The Artwork Editor will not load. They told me they’re fixing it but it’s been over a week. Cannot use the app.
Watermark
I was excited to use Artivive and download the app to my iPhone 13pro, created a very basic artwork with a short video overlay to try it out. It worked well but when others tried to view it, there was a watermark on it. I contacted customer support and was told that both the free and pro tiers have that watermark what’s the point ?
Am I missing something??!

What at first seemed to be a nice piece of artwork in a frame (gifted to me as wall art) turned out to be an amazing piece of artwork. I will keep it at the front door to catch the eyes of our guests. They too will get to experience the wonder.

The app is broken. It only shows a message asking of the entire objekt is on the display. It used to work without any problems, but now it doesn’t work :-/ (Baroko Rum Tube from the Artist Eliska Podzimkova)

New screen size problem
Have not updated your app to be able to align the ratio difference of newer bigger screen sizes with AR Tshirt art. Will change my rating to 5 stars when the app gets patched with a zoom function or something to fix this..
