KEEP GETTING ERROR 500 WHEN I TRY TO OPEN FILES OR WHEN I TRY TO OPEN DOCUMENTS

I thought it would be different
It wouldn’t let me save my work unless I paid for a subscription which I thought was really dumb and I think that I kinda got scammed when I downloaded it so this is just a warning to whoever downloads it but I thought apart from that it was nice, but can we please not have to pay to save? Edit: I found a loophole that allows me to not lose my work, just don't exit out of the app trust me it works also that variety of brushes are lowkey nice! Edit: using the app it seems that it's overall a pretty okay app it's just the pay to say that I really dislike about it. I get it but can you please let us save without having to spend real money especially for those who aren't allowed in app purchases or subscriptions like me.

MAKE SURE YOU SAVE ART!!!!
I love this app!!!! I love the variety of brushes, the fact I can import my lineart to a canvas! On this note, make sure you either screenshot, or save your art if you are using the free version!!! If you pay, I think you can ignore this part, but for the freebies like me, screenshot your art, because if the app is closed, it gets deleted, thankfully I’ve never had a problem with this, because I send my art to myself, but make sure you do this. This app is overall so good! If you don’t want to pay for procreate, or are new to digital art, this is for you! Sad that the free version only has three layers, but I figured out how to work around that

Linguagem/ idioma
I found the experience of drawing and painting in ArtStudio Pro more natural than in Procreate, even though it doesn't offer a Brazilian Portuguese language option.

Erasing my art when I get out of the app
I think there’s a bug because I was drawing and I had to leave the app to look for a reference, and when I came back to drawing MY WHOLE ART GOT REMOVED?? I tried to use the arrows but nothing because they seem to have forgotten I did something. I did multiple tests to see if its a bug or I deleted without paying attention, and is indeed a bug.

Awesome app for beginners and pro artists
I have tried so many different art apps , but "Artstudio Pro “ is by far the best one out there ..today was my first time using it,and I am completely blown away.the brushes are absolutely awesome and the colours are stunning.highly recommended for anyone into digital art 😍….this app is a masterpiece ❤️

Amazing!
I use this app for so many of my drawings! I’ve had zero issues with it. The brush selection is great! My only issue is that I cannot find a way to duplicate a selection, but I’m sure that’s a problem I can fix easily. So overall, I give this app 5/5 stars!
Updates?
Will there be any updates coming soon? It’s starting to really bug out. I can’t load anything into the ref window. The recent page deletes all recent images then slowly brings them back and still can’t load them. The recording cuts off the beginning smoothing is recorded until later in the art process.

Don’t really recommend this app
It’s not that great of an app a little bit harder to use than other drawing apps but I just don’t like it that much and if you get out of the app for like two seconds, it literally deletes the whole entire thing and if you try and save it, it makes you buy like a pack. I really don’t recommend this app and the creator of this app please fix this!

This App Deserves All the Support
Procreate is a wonderful app, but it’s clear it’s heavily favored and promoted by Apple. Artstudio Pro is everything I wished an art app would be, and it doesn’t get nearly the love or attention it deserves. I’ve used it exclusively now for years. I’ve moved from my Wacom tablet and Photoshop setup to ArtStudio Pro and my iPad. The freedom has been unmatched, I can do my illustrations anywhere. It’s like Procreate and Photoshop had a baby. The developer is kind and helpful and hardworking. If you come from a Photoshop background (like me) for illustrative work, ArtStudio Pro is going to feel very much like home. I’m so grateful this app exists.

The drawing application I’m most comfortable with !
From It’s brushes to its gestures, It’s overall very nice. I find the app like a combination of Procreate and Ibispaint-x, and with it being $15 (on IOS) for a onetime payment, You really see what it all has to offer. However, it can take a while to get used to you given how much features, options, and toggles there are. Otherwise, really good!

It was so annoying
I literally was spending a LONG TIME on something and then I got out of the app real quick and THEN all of my hard work was GONE leaving me sooo disappointed 😔✌🏾
The tool-belt of all trades
I have enjoyed many things from the app. It has a wide range of flexibility, I use it on my laptop and phone.
My only issues is on mobile with the animation panel that takes off when adjusting myself and the brushes having a delay/lag, though that may be an user-error.
Otherwise, I‘ve had a great experience and am glad I settled with Artstudio

Don’t get me wrong, the app is great and all but there are problems that need to be sorta out
1. At least on my end. Whenever I rename something on a document and finishing renaming it, it ends up turning into a folder to which I cannot be able to edit the drawing while it’s in this form on the iPad.
Unless there is a way I don’t know and is a bug on my end then I don’t know but I still feel like this needs to be fixed and/or have a new proper system where me and other people can easily just have to edit the document easily with renaming and such and not as what it is now.
2. I feel like whenever I favorite a brush on that tab where you favorite them, there should be think where they save your saved pinned sizes and opacity.
There is when on normal when your selecting a brush but when it comes to favoriting them, it just deletes them. Also I think the saved brush sizes and opacity gets deleted anyhow’s whenever I do select a new brush in an another section. Either that or I’m pressing the wrong thing.
Either way, still pointing this out just in case.

Artstudio Pro - keeping it handy & simple
Despite the extensive features of this program, I initially focused on the fundamental functionalities, which proved to be straightforward and easily implementable. Subsequently, I gradually incorporated various additional features. While I am proficient in Procreate, this program offers a more efficient and streamlined workflow, enabling me to maintain focus on the current task.

Esse app tem tudo para ser bom mas tem um problema: eu tava de boa desenhando, e apareceu um aviso que meu IPad tava em 10%, aí eu só cliquei em “fechar” para o aviso fechar como sempre, aí do nada…O DESENHO SUMIU! A CAMADA SUMIU!!!
E PAROU NA CAMADA 2 SENDO QUE NESTE APP EU USEI SÓ 1 CAMADA, PORQUE SE VC NÃO PAGAR O APP NÃO DEIXA VC USAR CERTAS COISAS, como mais de 3 camadas nos desenhos,
E o desenho quase sempre some do nada (eu acho que é porque vc sai no app ou clica em algo como: a bateria de seu IPad está em 5%) Isso foi um absurdo, então n vou mais usar o app porque n vou perder meu tempo nele.

Better than other apps
Artstudio Pro is, in my opinion, the best drawing app available right now. I honestly don’t understand why Procreate is so much more popular when Artstudio is far more complete and professional.
I bought both apps around the same time, but Procreate eventually faded out of my workflow. I’ve been using Artstudio Pro for nearly four years now.
One of the biggest advantages is that when artwork moves outside the canvas boundaries, Artstudio doesn’t permanently delete those pixels like Procreate does. As a children’s book illustrator, this alone makes a huge difference in my workflow.
Features such as Adjustment Layers, Liquify, Filters, and Effects make it feel like having a lightweight yet powerful version of Photoshop on my iPad. The watercolor and oil paint brushes are also exceptionally well made and highly professional.
Another major benefit is that the number of layers is determined by your iPad’s available RAM, rather than being artificially restricted like in Procreate.
The only area that still needs significant improvement is the Text section. I would love to see the Artstudio developers expand the layout and typography tools to make them more complete and flexible.
Looking forward to future Artstudio updates. And honestly, I wish there were a way to collaborate with the Artstudio team someday…
