Non Functional App
I downloaded the app when I arrived at the MANN museum. It loaded initially, promising lots of information about museum highlights. Unfortunately no audio would play, with all clips showing durations of 0:00. Museum staff was unable to help and quickly directed me to the biglieterria to purchase a traditional audio guide. Later during a break, I tried the app again and it claimed that I wasn’t in the museum and wouldn’t even show the thumbnails.
