Not compatible with iPad OS 17.5.1
I just purchased this for my iPad and now learn that it is not compatible. Bummer!
I like the app, BUT
I have lost everything twice now when I export to another apple device! Lost years of documentation!!!! It was even backed up and both times my back up was not there!

Tried the free light app on the iPad first, decided yeah, it’s close enough to what I’m after, so purchased the full app.
And now have to re-enter artwork already done in the light version? For real?
This is like basic 101 thinking for any app developer, so I’m surprised by its absence.

Good Art Inventory App
It is the only art inventory app on the iPad that is actually useful. Barebones basic, I wish it had a bit more features, but it works. It is stable, been around for a long time and is reliable, which are the most important things in the long run.

I just bought this yesterday but I am very happy to finally have a way to inventory my paintings!
I only wish I had this a long time ago. I need to put in a lot of work. Once I get caught up it will be fantastic to just add one finished painting at a time.

If have this app for my iPad and purchased the Mac version as well. As an artist it keeps track of exactly what I need to keep track of; my artwork inventory and where it's at. The import/export works flawlessly whether I update on the computer or iPad. Andrew really thought of everything in designing this app even down to CSV templates if migrating from another application. As an end user I also appreciate the almost instantaneous email response to support questions.

I Love this App!
It helps me keep track of all my art, where each piece is, the price, technique, etc. Now I can easily show everyone all of my work at any given time. It has made my life much easier. Love it!

Very nice app for all artists and creative types. A great place to keep your portfolio, important contacts for your biz and to track your work. I like how the app allows for multiple images of work and how the image can be enlarged to show potential clients- great job!

Simple and useful
While $9.99 seems a bit high, the developer looks organized. Has an online site as well so you can manage your artwork. Better design, and possible search by location would make it 5 stars. This was the only app I could find for locating my artwork at multiple galleries.
The only art tracking app.
As an artist, I've been using this to keep track of my works for over a year now. It's not perfect, but it's really the only app I've found that does what it does. My new gallerist even commented on how organized I was when I pulled up the app!
Three things I would like to see: better syncing! If it could iCloud sync between my iPad, iPhone and desktop seamlessly, that would be awesome. As it is now, I have to first sync it with my desktop and then sync it to my iPhone. Any changes to any device and I have to then sync it with all other devices all over again. This change alone would give it a 5 star!
I would like to be able to select an entry or two, push a button, and have it insert the data into an email that I could then send off to a collector and or my gallery.
Lastly, if the Media could be a field and not a pull-down menu. My works have a lot of media in them and always differ from work to work and I can't cut and past from the pull down menu.

Wonderful App
As an artist I have ben looking for something to help me keep track of my photography. This app does it all from keeping track of where my art has been and are. It also keeps track of what each piece sold for.

I love this app
I find this app very useful to track my submissions. Although this app is for artwork I use it for my photography exhibitions. As I submit to several exhibitions at the same time I would like to see on the artwork page a list of clients rather than only the most recent one as I need to jump into the submission page to see all submissions. I guess that as this app is designed for artwork where original pieces are submitted unlike photography hence only one client is listed. Perhaps you may consider a photography version as there is none currently available. Great work guys.

Great App
I have been using this app for a few months and I have to say - it's great. Really good for keeping track of exhibitions / submissions / competitions / clients etc. definitely keeping things in perspective. However, it would be a greater productive tool if it had a choice of currency instead of only dollars, I work in ZAR, Pounds, RMB etc. and the dollar business is messing with the finances. Another perk would've been if art tracker could automatically sync changes between the IPhone and iPad for example. Other than that This is a very useful app.

Works for collectors too
I like this app. I wanted something to help me inventory a large art collection for insurance purposes and also for my own record keeping. The app enables me to quickly add photos, provide a sortable description and has an open ended notes field. I am not using all the other data entry fields since I am not an artist with pieces on loan, etc. but it looks like it would work well for that too. I hope they provide an update that will give me a printable file instead of just a CSV. I corresponded with them and it sounds li,e that feature could be in an upcoming release. Seemed like nice people. I recommend it.
