C’est le pire application de musée qu’il m’est arrivé d’utiliser. Le menus ne sont pas accessibles et rien ne s’affiche. Si vous vous êtes fait vendre un audio guide qui utilise cet application, vous vous êtes faits voler!
Freezes with photo
Every time you take a picture, it freezes. No option works other than to delete the app and start over, and over and over until you don’t care any more
Terrible travel app
Basically non-functional. If you’re buying for any tour, don’t bother.
Rubbish
This app is designed so a ticket company can charge extra for a ‘guided tour’. It doesn’t work properly and doesn’t work with Bluetooth, so even when you get it to do something, you need to hold it close to your ear and burn the batteries in the process.

Very poor, app does not recognize B/T headphones, only worked when on location at cathedral.

Don’t waste your time with this app. It doesn’t work with Bluetooth headphones. There is no guidance from one place to another.
More galling than this is that there was a free app in the Alcazar of Seville that worked much better than this.

Absolutely useless! Can’t be used with AirPods. Has life of its own. Don’t waste your valuable holiday time.
Real Alcázar: please stop using this app!
This app was the worst part about visiting the Real Alcazar. The moment you navigate to anything else, you lost your purchase and have to buy it again. It feels like it’s structured to trick you into losing your place. And then when using it, it feels glitchy.
So basic, yet so poor
It’s very simple, it needs to display a number of tiles and play audio through the phone.
The implementation was terrible and we could not use our headphones to listen to the audio litterally the only need for the app.

Do not use
Alcazar of Seville - paid 6 euro for the tour and the app doesn’t work with head phones!
Tried everything to try and get it to work with headphones and it doesn’t.
Waste of money on the tour. The plaques have the same information. The plaque information is just read out to you.
If you try and listen (out loud) and switch to take a photo or change app the audio cuts off.

Horrible
The Alacazar is beautiful but the app actively made the experience worse - couldn’t use with headphones, messed up when taking photos, didn’t work most of the time. I ended up sitting on a bench and reading the wikipedia page for free, which I would recommend much more over this scam.
Worst app ever
This app does not work - it freezes, it can’t link audio to earbuds, it cuts out constantly - it is a complete waste of time and Euros.
It’s 2024 get your act together
You can use headphones with the app. You have to walk around and hold your cell phone to your ear which is super annoying when you want to use your phone to take photos.

Don’t waste your money, the app won’t work with wireless headphones and staff at the desk don’t care. No refund at the Alcazar in Seville. After some complaining an American woman got staff to give her one of their handsets with headphones but the staff member who helped her didn’t even permit me to pay for a headset.

I was sent here, no instructions , no success
Very frustrating. I wanted an audio guide at Alcazar. They took my 6 euros, then directed me to this deadbeat, inoperative site. Result::: no audioguide. I’m sure many others were roped into this scheme
