Love the fact that it is so easy to sent a proof of payment
Response time
Your response time to perform online transactions is too short. Especially for foreign transactions this can be challenging as there are many steps to take (why is submitting a beneficiary’s address a thing? Bank and account should suffice). Often one is thrown out of the process only to start all over again. Frustrating.
