I’m very disappointed and concerned about this situation. The bank has already charged me for all of these transactions over the past week, but today the same amounts were taken out of my account again, leaving my account with a negative balance.
These transactions appear to have been charged twice. I would appreciate it if you could please review my account immediately, explain why this happened, and refund any duplicate charges as soon as possible.

How is it possible that a bank closes all transactions between 9pm and 11pm on a daily basis. Set this up in the early AM. Timing is horrible
