Horrible shipping and customer service didn’t help

I ordered Naxos there was only 1 shipping option I live somewhere in the US where every shipping service delivers to and they just told me well maybe u need to try a different fragrance and I did and then ended up being the same thing taking forever to come I had ordered 9pm and it broke the second I took the cap off the whole neck snapped off and customer service ghosted me after it really was an experience that goes against all their promos I’m very disappointed I wanted to like Arvella
