Keep trying to connect it to the app and internet and it connects. When I go to manage it it says please connect a new tap tap. This isn’t the first year it’s happened. I’m considering throwing the piece of trash out!

Like this product, and glad that I got it. One drawback was the WiFi connection. Had to get a compatible router, the positive thing is that Asante, mail me a free router.
