How am I to login to a language that I do not understand. I have been a member for years, but this does not make any sense. Fix this now!!!!

Please put out an app in English.It is very inconvenient to use the website with a mobile browser. It would be tremendously helpful if you guys would put out an app designed for iOS in English and any other languages necessary.
