Embarrassing

Used to work fine, now it tries to charge you or force you to watch an ad for an essential tool that should’ve been built in. Hopefully they do and put this awful business to rest.

Keep having to delete and upload again

15/3/26 - THIS IS STILL HAPPENING. YOU HAVEN’T FIXED ANYTHING. When I reach my limit of free conversions you offer more as long as I watch a video…BUT the video will never show and I have to delete the app and reload it to be able to continue. I wish you’d fix this bug!!! Otherwise it works well.

Unusable

It’s always swapping from allowing me to watch an add, to just doing nothing. I honestly can’t tell if they’re just greedy or bad at coding since this bug has existed for months

Subscription Confusion

The app itself is probably one of the top file converter apps I’ve used. However the different subscription pricing is very unclear. 3 different monthly dollar amounts for the Full Access subscription.
