Every time I try to convert a file the app fails to deliver the output and instead just shows an ERROR/COOKED message. The conversation never conpletes and I can’t get my website html and it runs out in 30 days of life add a update for this please if u fix it I’ll give a 5 star review and maybe I’ll even apply for the app but I’m 7 years old though. Works well, but…
I’ve been using this app for less than 24 hours, happy to watch a couple ads as I needed. But now, although it shows the ‘Watch Ad’ option, an ad doesn’t come up. I’ve tried closing the app, resetting WiFi on my device… however the paid option seems to process just fine.

Used to work fine, now it tries to charge you or force you to watch an ad for an essential tool that should’ve been built in. Hopefully they do and put this awful business to rest.
Keep having to delete and upload again
15/3/26 - THIS IS STILL HAPPENING. YOU HAVEN’T FIXED ANYTHING. When I reach my limit of free conversions you offer more as long as I watch a video…BUT the video will never show and I have to delete the app and reload it to be able to continue. I wish you’d fix this bug!!! Otherwise it works well.
Unusable
It’s always swapping from allowing me to watch an add, to just doing nothing. I honestly can’t tell if they’re just greedy or bad at coding since this bug has existed for months
Subscription Confusion
The app itself is probably one of the top file converter apps I’ve used. However the different subscription pricing is very unclear. 3 different monthly dollar amounts for the Full Access subscription.
Pretty good app but…
This app is really good but for some reason, every time I try to put a blend file into a OBJ, it gives me an error. Is that supposed to happen? It’s been happening to be for the past couple of times now and I don’t know how to fix it.
works temporarily
The app works well, until it suddenly stops allowing any file conversions until you watch an ad of some sort. Unfortunately, when you try to click to watch the ad so that file conversions can resume, nothing happens.

Good but not functional
I used this once it worked great to convert my file I tried it again and clicked to use the ads but nothing happens so I can’t use it again might be my phone but others say it doesn’t work for them too
Needs fixing
The app works great… until it tells you to watch an ad to convert. The ad does not load, at all and you get no conversion making the app utterly useless unless you spend money.

This was great until it stopped working.
The app is generally really really good and useful. But now the watch advertisement button doesn’t work, and I can’t afford to pay for this monthly.
Ads just won’t work
Been using this app for a year now it’s really great but I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I run out of free conversation. Please fix it it’s super annoying
Only worked for a little while
It was working really well for the first few times but after that it made me either pay or watch an add. i dont have money to spend on it at the moment (and others might not either) yet when i click the button to watch the add it doesnt play and i get nothing from it yet the pay button works so i know it isnt an issue on my side

Unfortunately we do need to ask for a subscription if you don't want to watch advertisements since every conversion does cost us money. If you pick the yearly subscription it will be cheaper. Let me know if that helps, thanks!

WHY DOES IT COST MONEY NOW SND ADVERTISEMENTS DON’T WORK
I’ve been on this app before and all the conversions were free and didn’t cost money, now they all cost money and THE ADVERTISEMENTS WON’T WORK for free conversions, this is crazy. PLEASE fix this
Really good but has some issues
Ive used it a couple of times and i love how easy it is to navigate but one huge issue ive ran into after a few conversions is when it asks you to sign up to a subscription or watch an advertisement to convert a file but the advertisement prompt doesnt work
work as intended, but:
makes you choose between watching an ad or paying for premium before converting, but the watch ad button doesn’t work. now i can’t convert stuff😐
