My Review GGlll
I have been shopping with Ascend for abt 3 1/2 years and I have had no problems always had my order together with no issues and if I had any questions to ask employees there are ready with no hesitation to help!
Location Services not working on app
The app will not allow me to use. It keep saying “I’m located outside state where cannabis is legal”.

Love the App
Love that there is an app, so far so good! I no longer get have to open safari just to go get to where I need to go.
Mostly perfect
I am very particular to a couple of flavors and it’s a bit of a bummer that if I don’t order it as soon as you open up, it gets sold out and there are only three or four choices for some of the 3.5 g offer. But when I get what I need, it’s awesome and the delivery people are wicked friendly. And I have to say everybody who works in the building seems genuinely happy also. That speaks volumes about the company.💚

Order history
Overall, I like the app and use it often. Today’s order was the 1st transaction that showed up in the history tab (shows the items purchased) rather than only under the activity tab (shows only the transaction amount). Normally, my transactions don’t show in the history tab, so I can’t see which products I bought, which makes future purchases easier. I’m glad to see the app has been updated to show it after I’ve complained about it for over a year.

Customer service
I am very impressed with the level of Customer Service that I receive at ascend dispensary in downtown Cincinnati area code 45202. The staff is professional, attentive, educated but still fun.
