The worst
Charles sineri was great. I had an appointment last year with him. Do not see Mohammed imran he was absolutely rude, kept cutting me off and did my summery wrong. One part says I had a fever. I even took a picture of my thermometer, he wrote the wrong temperature, then it says no fever, and other things that is completely wrong. The whole summary just contradicts itself. I was cut off over and over. He just wanted to her off the phone. I didn’t even get to say all my symptoms. He tried to tell me bye not even two minutes after the video call started. I had to continue to try and talk. I needed a note which will not load. Only the incorrect summary does. It was very obvious he just wants to get done as fast as possible. I’m a nursing student and you should go into health care to help people, not make them feel like they are bothering you while I paid $60 for a 4 minute call. Absolutely horrible. I also was unable to put a review when I was prompted to. I was unable to click anything. That is probably why they all have five stars.

User antagonistic app: slow, many bugs, not well constructed
This app has symtoms of an app that was released prematurely without being tested thoroughly. There are many issues. Not going to take the time to list.
And concerning my online appointment, I learned that there is only one opportunity to rate the experience - immediately after the online appointment. Given the opportunity to rate now, the rating would be two stars for the appointment and the doctor:
- I was on video and he was not. I asked why. He gave a lame excuse.
- the report listed many assumptions concerning my condition that he did not ask me about
- the prescription fill process was a royal PITA. Ascension takes zero ownership of the process to ensure that the pharmacy has received the prescription. It is up to the customer to track the prescription, to follow-up, and to communicate back to Ascension if the pharmacy has not received the prescription. This is NOT in the interest of a good customer experience.
I will not use this service again.

Fraud do not do it
Last night I used the app and was charged three times on my credit card the doctor said he was sending prescriptions in for me they were not sent in not today either pharmacist said no prescriptions sent for me since there is no customer service number I had to use the app again and was charged this many more times again in my opinion that is fraudulent.I will never use this app again nope never when your really sick this is the last thing you need especially when your not being paid at work while your out sick . I’m really just disgusted.

Worst Service Ever
Not worth downloading. I have been waiting online to go to a local urgent care in St. Louis for several days but couldn’t get in to see a real doctor in person just to get a referral to see a GI specialist. Out of desperation, I downloaded the app and paid $59 to have a consult with an online “doctor”. This doctor told me he couldn't do anything except push pills on me and couldn’t give me a referral because he’s in Alabama. What good is this service?

My visit was very fast and to the point. I had already sent in pics of my rash so he had those to look at. He was very nice and professional.

Thanksgiving Nightmare
My daughterWoke up with a fever and extreme nasal pressure. Her doctors office wouldn’t be open until Monday, so I would of been forced to go to the ER or urgent care. This app was easy, the doctor was there quickly to help. The whole call took like ten minutes and they sent some antibiotics over right away! Today I am thankful for this app! Thanks so much!!!

Easy and quick
This was the first time using this service. It was very convenient. The dr came on and we video chatted and she sent me in some meds. I’m not sure if i could have found someone to see me on a Sunday so this was a God send. I highly recommend.

Allison stallbohm I’ve been seeing for a very long time now sheNot judge mental very understanding listens to all your concerns and takes her time during all your appointments !! I would have all my family see her if I could ! I was very nervous to switch from another doctor to her but I’m very pleased. I am so grateful for this feature, I don’t like going out into public right now, And the ease and comfort of seeing a Dr. in my own home setting not only gets me the help I need but also keeps me safe. I was skeptical about an online visit, but this was super easy. From start to finish it probably took about 15 minutes. The doctor was great. I will definitely do another online visit.

Dr. Christina George she was great awesome she knows exactly what I was talking about it was quick this is a really good way to communicate when you have kids and with this COVID-19 going on we don’t have to run to an urgent care went to the emergency room justPerfect for me to tell the doctor what was wrong with me she was a very good listener I love the way she communicating with me very good doctors I recommend everybody to Dr. Christina George

Unable to message my own doctor.
This app is awful to use. The conference failed as soon as the doctor tried to connect. The doctor ended up calling me back.
Once the appointment was over I couldn’t even message my doctor with additional questions. The app says that you can only message doctors you’ve seen. But instead it just constantly says no contacts. So now I’ll have to call and find out how to get the prescriptions the doctor prescribes.
Not a good app. Use something else.

Dr. Ladwig always does his best to provide the greatest care possible. He is professional, kind and caring.
Dr. Ladwig communicates with my Primary Care, Brittany Immink, at Borgess Internal Medicine at Woodbridge.
Brittany also participates in Virtual Care. I appreciate that Dr. Ladwig and Brittany are willing to communicate with each other and my other providers.
I am a high risk individual. Virtual Care Visits are essential for me during the Pandemic. I very much appreciate Ascension Borgess offering Virtual Care Services. I have found them to be very effective.

Line was too long
Just after COVID-19 lockdown on a Friday, March 13th I returned from traveling via airline. Eleven days later I started to run a low grade fever with coughing and decided it was bronchitis again. Called Urgent care on Friday, March 27th who told me not to come in and was referred to Ascension so I downloaded this online service to get antibiotics for chronic bronchitis. There was 28 ahead of me and I got dumped with message “Physician not available” then logged back on and 41 ahead of me. Tried again on Saturday and could never get a physician as the lines were too long. I understand there were probably not enough available because of COVID-19 and lines were too long as a result. I could not get my primary doctor either. Many emergency rooms were locked down too so I tried to treat myself but without antibiotics I would not be successful. On Sunday after low pulse oxygen, my wife called an ambulance. At the hospital they begin antibiotic treatment as I now had pneumonia but was isolated with COVID-19 precautions until I tested negative. I spent 5 days in the hospital. If only I could have talked to a doctor and gotten oral antibiotics. So I feel that the fact I could never connect with an online physician did not serve me well.

Dr hooks
Dr Hooks is so knowledgable and friendly! Makes his patients feel completely at ease and helps us understand what is going on and specifically showed me my tests and explained it in ways i could understand. He was even running a few minutes late from a procedure and he made sure i was notified of this so that i wouldnt be concerned. Then he took as much time as needed with me ! Highly recommend him and his practice

Online visit
My first time using this means of visiting with my care provider. Once I had the app setup on my device, the call went well and was able to contact my provider. Very easy and almost like being in the office.
Wonderful Experience!
I have never done this before and was a bit apprehensive but Dr. Smith was absolutely awesome! She answered all my questions and was very mindful of my concerns and prescribed a medication for me. It would not have been good for me to use my regular DR due to having some serious health issues and the Coronavirus. This was most helpful. Thank you for offering this service.

Fantastic Alternative to in person Visits
I am so glad that this service exists. If not then I would have had to go into the hospital... and during this pandemic that is the last thing I want to do.

Visit online with Dr Snell
When I initially called into the office Alenna was very helpful getting me set up for online visit. Appointment online started a little late but once online with Dr Snell everything went fine. She is our Dr for many years and being able to talk to her about my issue was a Godsend. She is very dedicated and special to our whole family. Thank you for letting me be able to deal with Dr Snell she is the best.
