ID cards
I’ve been an Ascension Associate for over a year. I’ve called SmartHealth multiple times, my ID cards are not populating in the App. No one has been able to help me. This system is the absolute WORST for service and issue resolution. I’ve been given the run around on ALL phone calls. I connect with folks who have ZERO clue how to help me while their pets are barking in the background. So frustrated with this inadequate system.

Insurance Review
This is the worst insurance. I am never covered on anything and the annual deductible is way too high. I am a nursing assistant that is paid minimum wage amounts. No preventative care is taken into consideration. Can not use a local pharmacy that is convenient for us to use both distance or financially.

Zero customer service!
No support whatsoever! Left 8 messages and not one single reply! Speaking to a live person is not an option.
ID card
Never can get my ID card loaded onto the app. And when you opt out of getting a physical card because your supposed to have an electronic one on the “Smart Health” app. Well let’s just say this app isn’t too smart. I never get a card uploaded from the insurance. Terrible insurance app iv ever had.
Not helpful
Half the time doesn’t work at all. Just a blank screen when logging in. Dependents have given me access multiple times but still says I don’t have access to see their claims. Trying to use drug finder for PBM doesn’t work either, again just an almost blank screen after I log in. These complaints are just about the app. Don’t get me started about the outrageous cost for this plan and the lack of choices and coverage.

Been nearly a month since I paid for coverage (and have receipt), app shows nothing, online support is non-existent, and they suffered a cyberattack so nobody there can tell me a damned thing.

My husband has been diagnosed with aggressive prostrate cancer and the insurance company is dragging their feet to ok him to have a Pet Scan.
Seriously what more proof do you need that he needs a Pet Scan !!!

Bring many convenience to manage my insurance
Option to speak to a live person???
Im calling to get help on how to obtain verification of coverage for my children since their names are not on the ID cards. There is no option for this on the menu and I tried 3x. And, your menu options does not give me the option to speak to a live person!
Very poor support and function
As with most of Ascensions APPs things are confusing..no one can remember which app to use for what and constantly having to change password which is horrific to begin with then it sends codes to junk mail no matter what. Maybe stop outsourcing your I.T. So customers can get what they deserve
