Good app- weak alarms
I’ve had a good experience with the ASD app so far. The service is reliable, everything runs smoothly, and I haven’t encountered any glitches, which is a big plus. My only complaint is the limited alarm sound options—most of them are too soft or dainty for heavy sleepers. It would be great to have a purge alarm or the ability to upload custom sounds. That one improvement would take this from a 4-star to a 5-star app for me.

We currently use ASD, and couldn’t ask for a better company! There app is so easy to use and has a ton of options to help your funeral home. I also use the website to schedule directors on call. The website is very easy to navigate. I recently just found out that ASD also offer interpreting services! We have had a few families that have walked in and we had no way to communicate with them.
