Nothing goes in the cash pot
There is zero point to this “rewards” card, as it does not reward you for making purchases or reduce the cost of your purchases. Scan the barcode in store? No point nothing purchased is ever conveyed to increase the “cash pot”. Don’t download it and waste your time.
Not worth downloading
This app and its rewards are no existent. I would spend 100s of pounds and would get nothing back. Didn’t even get one reward. Even the offers and money back are for things you don’t even need. Morrisons and Tesco’s apps are way better and Asda should learn from their rewards app. Asda would definitely get more customers if their rewards app was like theirs.

I usually do my shopping online but my cashpots never gets updated. Still 10p on my rewards app inspite of online orders every month. News flash: the 10p is about to expire as well this end of the month.

This is a totally pointless app, you don’t get any rewards I’ve been scanning my shopping for months and nothing in the cash pot? Absolute waste of time. The answers on here say they are putting savings into rollback, what’s the point of this app then!!!???
This is a rubbish app for a company.
I am really fed up with this so called reward scheme. Despite spending in excess of £600 a month on store that’s over £4,200. My cashpot has remained at £3.68 for at least 6 months. It hasn’t even increased by single penny in this time.
I have spoken to the store manager about this, he wasn’t really interested and told me that they have reduced prices instead of offering rewards, well, it’s funny that other people I’ve spoken to, are still getting rewards on their purchases.
The store is grubby and often understocked, the majority of staff don’t care if we shop there or not. The only reason I shop there, is because I have no choice. If I had a reasonable alternative I would use it.
Pleas get this sorted.

Waste of time
Used this app every time I shopped, was able to use several coupons. Then randomly it logged me out, even though I shop in Asda multiple times a week. I tried to sign back in and it said my password was wrong. Have sent so many requests for password re-set but have never been sent one.
Asda No Rewards
It used to be very good reward system, now it’s useless, unless you are buying specific items or shop in certain time. Other shops improved their rewards and discounts system, Asda got much worse. I think I’m scanning this because of habit.
Useless
I make my main weekly shopping at Asda and for the past 3 months despite scanning the card every time, there’s no points or cash rewards whatsoever. And I must’ve spent literally £500-600.

As an App, it does work..HOWEVER I wouldn’t bother downloading it.
Asda has changed how the rewards system works so much no matter how much you spend in-store, it’s almost impossible to build your cash pot. They give you missions that do not correlate to your shop. I don’t buy half the things they have given me missions for so I have no way of hitting those missions. I can spend £60/80 a day in my local Asda easily and at the end of a month still have only .92p in my cash pot. I have moved my whole shop to Aldi and Lidl. I won’t be loyal to a supermarket that makes a fool out of its loyal customers and makes millions in profits while they do it.

Rewards and online shopping
I do not understand why it’s so hard to link up your online rewards card to your online shopping account- no online chat to speak to anyone. Very disappointed would rather go to Tesco.
App not working at all
I scan every time but it didn’t show any points being earned. Completely waste of my time and I tried to ask for someone to help, no one seems to know how.
Tesco better
Used to be good now totally useless. Don’t bother scanning. Now i shop tesco as my main as i atleast earn a penny per pound whereas at asda not even that. @Asda everyone not interested in the offers you do-everyones cup of tea is different atleast give everyone a share for shopping with you i.e. you may want to look at Tesco? A penny per pound?

Waste of time.
Must have spent £700-£800 over the last 6 weeks and have 99 pence in my cash pot.Even staff at my local Asda store have told it’s a complete waste of time.l have started to shop more at Sainsbury’s as l can save more using a nectar card.

The app used to be good, now you don’t get rewards anymore! I scan every time and get nothing. I prefer Tesco as you get money off and points to use off your next shop EVERY TIME! Plus the Christmas saver there actually works unlike Asda! Tesco also gives decent freebies and/or money off vouchers. I will be deleting this app and continuing to shop elsewhere. It’s a shame as it’s closer to me than any other supermarket but hust not worth it anymore and way too expensive considering they apparently do rollback.

Asda rewards have stopped building and even though I scan it every time I go, the cash pot isn’t changing and doesn’t record any usage going back as far as end of April. Absolute rubbish

Had this app for a couple of years as I do all my shopping at Asda and I have my Xmas saving card which I top up every week after my shop. So you ca understand my frustration that while most people I know are adding another voucher to there wallet I am left wondering even though my receipts confirm I have scanned my bar code theat the app states I last scanned in April USELESS I’ve tried adding to my wallet app and every trip, weekly, I would have confirmation voucher scanned Sept through t o Dec I thought I was bound to have a voucher towards my Xmas shop. No app indicated last scanned September 8th and you can’t ask for this to be topped up well all I can say is my weekly shop will be moving Asda your app is USELESS to put it politely,

I can’t open the app, it just comes up with a blank screen. I have tried everything but I just can’t get onto it so not able to access my pot or rewards
