Dear Team,
I am highly dissatisfied with your GPS service. I recently recharged for ₹25,000, yet the GPS of my vehicle RJ10 GC0627 has completely stopped working.
Since this morning, I have been trying to contact your service centers and support staff, but no one is responding to calls. Such poor service after charging such a high amount is unacceptable.
Despite paying a large amount, if we do not receive satisfactory service, it becomes extremely frustrating for us as customers. Kindly resolve this issue immediately and reactivate the GPS service. Otherwise, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further and take necessary legal action.
I expect your urgent response and resolution.
