Dear Team,
I am highly dissatisfied with your GPS service. I recently recharged for ₹25,000, yet the GPS of my vehicle RJ10 GC0627 has completely stopped working.
Since this morning, I have been trying to contact your service centers and support staff, but no one is responding to calls. Such poor service after charging such a high amount is unacceptable.
Despite paying a large amount, if we do not receive satisfactory service, it becomes extremely frustrating for us as customers. Kindly resolve this issue immediately and reactivate the GPS service. Otherwise, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further and take necessary legal action.
I expect your urgent response and resolution.

App Slowness / Fuel Sensor Accuracy
Very very worst experience in using this I alert application.
Mainly Fuel Sensor accuracy is not there still using the scaling system.

4. Auto zoom on live location of vehicle
5. Ignition on/off app notification
6. Direct navigate with google map app in ios
7. Diesel low level app notification
8. Password less login
You can check the interface and featurs for wheelseye app which is more easy to use...

App is not as good as BSIV
Review given Glitches on app by Rehan Nigotia is still not fixed. There is no any improvements on this app.

This app needs to be looked into. As customers buying a heavy vehicle, the company needs to fix major issues related in this app. What’s the point when you can’t make your customers happy?

What a beautiful app! Now i can track my truck, it’s status and the driver. Most of the time, i am out of station and this help me a lot to track my vehicle in real time. Thank you..
Frustrated with app
this gps system is not valuable because it's never show right things about vehicle, Never update location on time.
Responding issue
So basically i am using this app. From almost 3 months and is very useful app. It only has a problem, when we talk about the responsiveness of the application.. it does not work few times a week it just stop getting updated which is the most bothering thing…..! Look into it sincerely

Worst App and Worst service
They charged 41k for the GPS and till date it’s faulty and I have sent 50 mails till now but no response and no one responds on customer care number. I will never recommend anyone to buy Ashok Leyland vehicle or GPS . Tata is far better than Ashok Leyland .
App is good but some glitches are there
The app stops responding sometimes, Location doesn’t update accurately sometimes, Also tracing function needs to be fixed as it does not show proper stoppage and movement of vehicle accurately. Also i would suggest live movement of vehicles should be shown just like in uber and ola apps. I am sure Ashok Leyland will work on it as the app is way better than that of Tata’s app.
Kindly improve the app for users as they are paying huge amount for subscription and for the vehicles as well.
