This app moves painfully slow. The content is great though.

Every year, this app is horrible. Have to log in constantly. Extremely glitchy. Have given feedback every year need to improve. Always bad.

This is not the first time installing this program but this time it locked up my iPhone every single time I used it. Really annoying so I stopped using it mostly

This app is terrible. I’m sorry, but whoever’s job this is, y’all need to get it together. Have you even used this?! It’s so buggy and slow rendering it basically useless.

Slow, constantly stops working. Frequently need to close the app and reopen it again.

Frustrating
Very frustrating to have to re-enter login information EVERY time my phone times out or when I’m switching between apps. Doesn’t remember my login information and doesn’t allow for face ID. Content within app is good and helpful for the meeting but the rest is glitchy and not a good customer experience.

Having to constantly re-log in to the app within and between sessions.
Possibility to download components of a conference that are not fluctuating and option to download known sessions so that I have information on app at hand when needed?
Have favorited or starred sessions that connect to iCal but are lost within app.
Like search functionality.

Comprehensive but lagging
Great app with all that I need, but lagged very often.
Skip Disneyland and use this app
Why bother going to Frozen when you can experience this app at the comfort of the convention center?
The app freezes all the time, does not respond to commands, janky and poor experience overalll. I had to double check that I’m on iPhone 13 and not the Palm Pilot. ASHP needs to replace this app vendor, for the amount of money we pay for the conference, we expect a functional app instead of this garbage.

Not user friendly
Dropped my notes. Difficult to see my schedule and slow to load. Wouldn’t recommend.
Have to sign in every time when my phone times out. That’s annoying. Should at least stay on the last page seen. Back button doesn’t go back to last page. Kicks me out to sign in again. Not user friendly.

Experiencing slowness and freezing
Simply reviewing the full schedule through the app is slow and have observed complete freezing where I had to close the app and reopen to the schedule page again despite being connected to the network WiFi.
