More info please
The Museum Info does NOT state their hours. There is no info of current exhibits. There are maps that do show locations of permanent exhibits and amenities. The audio for specific permanent exhibits requires additional downloads.
Limited Use
The app has valuable audio and presentation information individual exhibits, but that’s assuming you know what you want. The big missing item: there is no map to exhibits, restrooms, cafe, store, or the information booth. The digital map you get with tickets is a large pdf with the map buried on page 8. It’s an unfortunate oversight that makes me think it was not designed with visitors in mind.

Useless
It never fully downloaded, takes up tons of space, and only showed the first floor. This has been my worst museum visit in years.
Tickets and events?
Would love it if there were a way to reserve tickets/time slots in the app with my membership number. Also, to see and sign up for current exhibitions and events.
Cantonese and Mandarin! No Hindi???
The only thing I would change about this app is to add a Hindi language option because my in-laws are Indian. I am very happy with this app. It's so easy and effortless even my parents won't get confused using it.
