Worthless
I downloaded app instead of taking a paper map when I visited the Met. It’s completely useless for visiting the museum. It has an architectural floor plan but has no labels for what displays are on which floors. All it has is a bunch of links to tours to buy outside the museum- bus tours etc. it has nothing to do with the museum.

Confusing
This appears to be a NYC tourism app that is exploiting the Met's reputation to book hotel rooms. Actual info about the museum is mostly absent. The Met's real website is 100X more useful and educational.

Almost useless “tourist” website
Huge disappointment! Met used to have a helpful site that was searchable for specific artworks and had good gallery maps. Now just advertising for other NYC attractions and tours. A shame!
