To have an app dedicated to overnight delivery of produce and products I otherwise would not find in commercial supermarkets is fantastic and so easy. Thank you to UMALL, you’ve made the Asian half of me very happy! 💜
Screen keeps getting stuck
I’m unable to scroll through the page whenever I tap on a new category or do a search. The app just stops completely.
Screen freezes when I click on most buttons
Almost every button I click freezes the screen and doesn’t let me scroll. Please fix it. The app is unusable with no scrolling ability.
Poor product packaging, missing items
My eggs arrived all cracked as they literally put the eggs in a plastic bag. Items are missing & support is not responding to me.
The new version of the app is much better than before.
The new version feels much smoother to use. It is clear that this platform is constantly improving.
