Hello! I am a former social worker and I saw some reviews on here recently. The best way to find out about any social programs in your area is if your area has a 211 line. 211 is a catalogue of all services in your area, what you need to qualify, and how to apply or who to call for information. If you live in a large city, you probably have a 211. The best way to find out is to call 211 or go online and google 211 and your city name. I hope this helps in at least some small way.
