Worse WiFi out there
This is by far the worst internet provided the world has ever seen this company should be liquidated and the owner should be slapped around his face for this awful service and for all the uni or company’s who use this you need to sort your life’s out and go to a internet provider who can provide because every time and I mean every singular time I use this WiFi I feel like I’m in the 1800s I’m better off just buying a book and reading it cause this WiFi never works and when it does it’s the slowest thing going can’t even run a small little device let alone full blow buildings

Terrible Service
I hate that I am forced to use this godforsaken app, constant disconnects for no reason by the WiFi, will decide to not work at random times of the day with no help found on this app, this app doesn’t even really do anything at all, genuinely awful
Scum bad organisation
Provide slow wifi that cuts out every other hour, whilst being unprotected. The staff refuse to help and this app is as useless as a Johnny made of netting.
poor network connection
Just up to 20 Mbps/s. I’m in London. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.
Awful - Had to resit my final year of university due to connection issues
Awful. No connection for weeks during my dissertation deadline and final exams. Unable to submit on time and having to delay my graduation because of it. I had a high first all year until this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It won’t do anything and doesn’t have to do anything with the problem you are facing now.
In order to contact their trouble shooting team they will force you to download it on your device for god knows why!!
There is no proper customer service nor professional staff and technicians for their so called support team.
I had problem connecting for weeks and all they provide me is to call me and tell me to change the password and turn my device off and on.

It won’t even test your network issues if your network won’t connect to the WiFi

I’m only getting 400kb/s speed right now, not even a full 1mb speed.
I have contacted them, they told me I needed to download a diagnostics app on my phone which my phone wouldn’t allow then they just said well we can’t send someone out if you don’t do that.
