A new experience in the world of health apps
This is next level. Once I connected my health history, AskMD gave me several scenarios that could be causing my persistent cough- a few of which were not suggested during past doctor visits. I now have new information to present at my next appointment. Thank you!!!!
Incredible insights
I have some very complex medical issues that I always have questions about. Once I connected AskMD to my health records I was able to start asking questions that have been on my mind for years. Things doctors couldn’t really even answer clearly without doing tons of research. Without telling the platform anything about myself, it was able to look back through all of my medical records and give me clear logical answers to those questions, including great advice! Highly recommend this product.

AskMD Innovative & Helpful
I had played golf the past three days and my back was soar which I was not used to. I asked AskMD what the problem could possibly be. It asked me “if I changed my golf swing”, which I indeed did. An impressive question from an Artificial Intelligence. It analyzed that the movement and muscles I was using in my new swing was causing a strain on my back because the new muscles I was using are underdeveloped. It then gave me instructional videos and next steps for treating it. I am super impressed and it saved me a trip to the doctor.

Healthcare Super App
Wow. First app that actually cuts through the healthcare mess. All my records in one place, and instead of a generic answer I got a real, specific plan on how to improve my recent labs. Symptoms to action — exactly as promised.
Cannot sign up
I keep trying to sign up but it does not let me it just keeps popping up with the same message, “We can not register you. Please sign up

It won’t even let me sign up and sometimes the app doesn’t open
Not working
Allows me to download and lunch the app. Nothing more beyond that. Try to sign up, fails. Sign in, same thing.
Didn’t work
Downloaded. Couldn’t even get past the sign up option. Deleted. Would’ve really helped me I hoped, for autoimmune.

I tried to sign up on both my iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately, in both cases, I get the message “We were unable to register you. Please Sign Up.”

I downloaded your app but it won’t even let me sign up... what is the issue. I would like to try it out but I can’t cause it won’t even let me sign up for it! Why what’s the issue?

Doesn’t Work
Every time I try to open the app it gets stuck on the opening page and then turns black. The app is up to date and so is my phone so I am not sure as to why it would be doing this. This app used to be semi-helpful but now it’s useless if it won’t even load properly

I love(d) this app but it’s been crashing for the past few days??? Like major crashing. I can’t even open the app. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-downloading it but even that didn’t help.

Needs An Update ASAP
This app has been a great app, until a few days ago. When I try to open the app, it crashes. I have tried to uninstall the app and reboot my iPhone 6S with no success.
Poorly designed system
The system puts erroneous info in when user puts info in. Then they want me to send them screenshots. I’m not part of their development team! How could I be 350lbs one day and then 90lbs the very next day? Giving up on this!
Can't Even Register
I can't even say how good the services of the app are or aren't because I can't get past the registry page. It's only tells me 'unable to register you please sign up'. Perfect.
