Difficult to use

The concept is great, but the app is difficult to use. I’m having trouble looking up specific addresses. Also, I can’t figure out how to modify taxes and insurance. They are severely under estimated for California. I’m unable to figure out how to set up the formulas so the results are deducted from the rental income. Too tricky.

Great concept, we were ready to begin investing and it just freezes and doesn’t load. Look for another app to do this on, they totally botched this after a little while.
