Difficult to use
The concept is great, but the app is difficult to use. I’m having trouble looking up specific addresses. Also, I can’t figure out how to modify taxes and insurance. They are severely under estimated for California. I’m unable to figure out how to set up the formulas so the results are deducted from the rental income. Too tricky.

Great concept, we were ready to begin investing and it just freezes and doesn’t load. Look for another app to do this on, they totally botched this after a little while.

Text is to large
Heard about the app on a podcast. Once downloaded from the App Store, tried to open, but text on the screen is so large that I can’t even get to the “get started” as it is hidden. I have checked all my settings and do not see the issue from my side. Disappointed:(

New update changes everything!
Downloaded this app after hearing about it on a podcast, i like to keep a few sources and ways to check for properties so i dont miss a good one. The most recent update has made this app my new go-to. It is now faster and more user friendly. If youre looking for potential rental properties like me this is the app for you!

Map search on address didn’t work
Would show houses for sale, but didn’t look up by address for house that wasn’t on the mls
App dead from the start
Heard about app on a podcast and downloaded it immediately. However the app will not advance past the login screen. Sent an email to app asking for help to no avail.
The search doesn’t even load up.
Just heard about it in a poscast and was intrigued by the premise. But the search doesn’t even load results after several minutes. Giving up.
It doesn’t work
I downloaded the app, and I haven’t be able to use, it won’t move front the first page..
Awesome idea, but buggy.
This app is awesome for looking at potential rental property investments and quickly seeing if they will positively cash flow, allowing you to weed out bad options quickly in your market... when it works. Unfortunately, I’ve had some bugs and the analysis is no longer working for the past day or two. I’m not sure who to reach out to.

The app version of Rich Dad Poor Dad
Anyone who read Rich Dad Poor Dad and was inspired to invest in real estate but not sure how to start, this is the app for you. It makes analyzing a potential rental house easy because it shows how much rental income you will get each month by taking the purchase price and other monthly costs into account along with the estimated rent you could get. So easy. It made me a lot more comfortable making an offer when I knew the rental income potential for that specific house.
