Most of the time it will not connect or if it does connect it just disconnects on its own.

Unoptimized, Runs Poorly

Most of the settings for the app itself are in Chinese, app will get stuck in a loading screen. Needs some major overhauling.

Lately the app has been crashing nonstop. I didn’t used to have issues, but after the actual grill updated, it seems that something is going on with the app.

After taking this update, my app continues to shut down randomly from 10 seconds to 30 seconds. I am unable to use my grill at all anymore. I also did a firmware update to the unit and it didn’t help. Before this, it was an awesome product
