No connection
Most of the time it will not connect or if it does connect it just disconnects on its own.
Unoptimized, Runs Poorly
Most of the settings for the app itself are in Chinese, app will get stuck in a loading screen. Needs some major overhauling.
Crashes
App crashes after a variable duration with it open from 10 to 30s. The grill is unusable through the app!
Keeps Crashing
Lately the app has been crashing nonstop. I didn’t used to have issues, but after the actual grill updated, it seems that something is going on with the app.
Last update
After taking this update, my app continues to shut down randomly from 10 seconds to 30 seconds. I am unable to use my grill at all anymore. I also did a firmware update to the unit and it didn’t help. Before this, it was an awesome product
Nothing Works.
Battery in and panel came up. Can’t even select my grill. I put a name at the end so it could be found. Ap said we found 60 and just selected one. No screens as above, can’t change anything like temp. The time on device is wrong and can’t change it on panel or on app. Extremely disappointed.
App is horrible.
I have to reduce the font on my phone so small so that all the info in the app shows on the screen. Then I’m not sure if all the info is there or if there is more below.
No verification code
Can’t get the app going due to verification code. Tried email and phone number but I don’t receive and code to use app.
Everything works for me.
This is the first time I have used the app or the grill. I didn’t even use the app to set anything up but once I had it up on the grill my phone was already on the same page and connected and displaying the cook and prove temps. Very smooth for me.
Too many bugs
This app is poorly made.
Improving
App connected and stays connected fine for me now. Still lacking some functionality such as grill mode, but that is more on the hardware side I’m sure. Settings control would also be nice to have or an indicator of when it is okay to unplug the battery after cooling.
So far so good.
After all the set up and running the update on the grill I have no connection issues so far. Hopefully the latest app update and grill update have fixed it. I can’t get the time set though.
No way to create an account
On iPhone 16 iOS 18.3.1 I only get a login screen. No option to create an account.
Disconnects from app all the time
Also, very few recipes available instead of what you would expect expect from smart grill which you can operate and choose recipes from app
Trash
Total trash of an app. Never connects to my grill and always says it’s offline even though it’s running and on WiFi. Garbage app
