Poor user interface
The user interface is not fit for purpose as it is not user friendly nor easy to navigate.
Used to work but not anymore!

Ok, I want to be fair. I have been using this viewer for over a year for my system using 5 cameras. The hardware is fine but this viewer is not. I find it hard to believe that this developer sees this as a good. The functionality is basic with nothing really useful or imaginative and that is when it works. The recent software update (4/12/20) is a monumental disaster. It offers zero benefit to the user but I fact has become seriously unstable, unreliable and, in one case, has stooped working completely on one device ( selective obsolescence). My Recommendation: if you are able to use a different app you really should. My primary concern is actually about this developer whose attitude towards its customers is truly atrocious. I believe I have been fair and given Videcon every chance to address these issues. A great shame. Zero out of ten. Must try harder!
Update November 22: This product was extraordinarily poor then. It is worse now. Perhaps the most extraordinary thing is that the product is still available. In truth, this really is a “ Non viewer”. Could it be any worse? If it can, these people will certainly manage it sooner or later. Watch this space ( but not on their Viewer).
