Total waste of time. Cannot use any functions once in playback mode, total waste of time useless
App doesn’t work, freezes, tabs don’t work to jump to required time. Useless
HD-IP doesn’t work
I have exact same problem works at home but not when away from home - just crashes phone - needs a fix ASAP
Bad App
App crashes phone and causes restart every time I try to connect to my NVR last update 9 months ago with no fix!
Unreliable since latest update!
I have used this app for a few years since having cameras installed and have to say that it has been really good. I had been getting a message when opening the app saying that it was slowing my phone down and needed updating but it didn't stop me being able to use the app as normal. At the time there had not been an update available but an update 2.3 was released early last year 2017 which I installed. What a disappointment! When using 4G, the app opens as normal, lets me pick a camera to view and displays the live feed for a few seconds before it then shuts the entire app down! It only works correctly when you are connected to a WiFi network which it never needed previously so viewing while on the move now can’t be done. It’s not a settings issue as it is set to allow viewing on 4G but it clearly doesn’t. I don’t know when this issue will be corrected because the app is close to useless as it is currently, but I have been waiting 7 months and it hasn’t happened yet, so not getting my hopes up.
