I like the way the app is set up, it’s very user-friendly, but the bugs need to be fixed. It’s almost impossible to use. Certain books don’t even open and the app just crashes. For other books - the app freezes. But when it works, it’s great. Need a bug fix ASAP.
The app would be amazing if you could log in! God forbid you try to access this app off campus. Btw my sign in info isn’t the problem, because IT WORKS ON THE WEBSITE. FIX THIS.
Will not let me log in even though I have verified on my computer and safari app that I am using the correct password.
I downloaded the user guide. I called customer service. I contacted my school. This is such a time waster and ultimately doesn’t work.
Bought an ebook from Aspen Pub and can’t find a “publisher” app on the iPhone to read it in. Relegated to an ancient web site to view the book I paid over $200 for.
The app is terrible. It crashes every 10 minutes and the interface is not user friendly. One moment the book I needed was there, the next it was gone. Do not download this app, just use the web browser (even if it is not much more streamlined)
Every time I try to open a book Ive downloaded, the app crashes. It’s a shame.
Neither this nor the website I use through my school’s library will work. It constantly freezes. I used this instead of buying a textbook to save money, but I may purchase it since I can’t do the reading. I’ve tried this app on two different devices, and it freezes every time I try to open a book. It even froze trying to send the report to apple about it.

Despite paying for the materials, my law school is not on the sign in lists and my email address is not accepted as a username for the remote login.
If it worked consistently I would have no qualms.
Uni of Baltimore law is not included in the list of sign in options despite the school paying for these materials.
The app keeps saying i have the wrong username and password even though I’m looking at my username and password and there’s no way its wrong. I don’t understand this application whatsoever.
This app displays garbled text for Emmanuel Crunchtime content (5th Edition Federal Income Tax) following a recent update.
What is the point of having an app that you can’t even access your textbook from? I’m getting my paralegal certification atm in undergrad and can’t access the electronic version of the textbook unless it’s from the website directly. So again, what’s the point of having the app?
Tried downloading a few books for offline use and not a single one works. You would think that with as much as Aspen charges for textbooks they would at least invest in an app that works...
I downloaded this app because it was the only aspen option that came up in the App Store. I am not able to log in with the same account I use online and I cannot access my ebooks. What is the point of ebooks that only work when you have an internet connection from a laptop / desktop. Waste of time and money.

When I attempt to read downloaded books in the App, the books open with gibberish. The content just appears as a random string of letter and numbers.
As much as I love having the physical copies of books in hand to feel, notate, and dissect diagrams in…having access to the electronic resources through this app have been time saving and useful when creating my outlines. Thx Aspen!
Not user friendly but helpful content.
The app offers quick tutorials on how to navigate within the app. The ability to download the resources to use for the on-the-go law student is extremely helpful.
