App isn’t working
Haven’t been able to log in for 2 weeks now. The app just all of a sudden stopped letting me log in. I will probably end up closing this account completely if I’m not able to log in soon. Unacceptable.

I have this card for a bit and to be honest I don’t recommend it to anyone it looks like a fraud they will tell you your account is on review and the account well be gone with your money .
Worst Card
Aspire is definitely one of the worst cards to get if you are trying to rebuild credit. The first year everything is fine and then they send you a letter saying the fees have “increased.” Now you are stuck paying a high monthly fee from that point forward. If you close your account, they still charge the fee until it’s paid off. They definitely pray on those trying to rebuild forcing you to stay with them paying ridiculous monthly and yearly fees because if you close it, it affects your credit.

Scam card ! Hidden fees
I thought it was a good card, but after a few months of having them, I’m constantly getting hit with cheese for everything you do. Monthly fee fees, annual fees, credit limit, increase fees. Customer service really doesn’t do much for when you have an issue.
Terrible company avoid ar all costs
These weirdos will approve you for x amount of credit but apply whatever they feel once you sign up… they completely locked me out of my account when I tried to change my Apple Pay from one account to another and acted as if it was impossible to fix… left me no choice but to close the account but they are still billing me to this day! On a card I canceled months ago due to an error on their past

Annual Fees
I opened this account and I had to close it immediately, they charge you 99 dollars annually when you open the account and then 49, but for maintenance they charge you 150 dollars annually, it’s crazy to pay 200 dollars annually, for an unrecognized bank it manages abusive fees, when there are banks without annual fee like Walls Fargo, Chase Bank, Bank of America, etc.

Horrible app and website
Have been trying to log in to make a card payment but each time whether it be on their website or mobile app keeps saying it’s under maintenance. I’m sorry how can the site be under maintenance for a week straight?! Can’t even reach a person over the phone either. Absolute trash.

Communications
The app is by far the worst. When prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email/mobile device, the app does not send the code. Therefore, you cannot log in to your account. Calling customer service (Lynn) was no help either. The only recommendation was to send a screenshot of the verification message to their service department, which didn't work either. Don't waste your time with this company. I'll be closing out my account with them.

To be honest i’m soo happy with the customer support/services i love Aspire credit card they do everything fast and this credit card help me a lot i recommend this credit card with my friends thanks Aspire credit card for the support/opportunity.

Absolutely disgusting
I haven’t been a customer of this company for very long but I would not recommend in a million years. After dealing with this app that never works, being forced to pay off my balance by logging on through my browser. I get a random email that they have went ahead and sold my account to a debt collector!! Mind you they did this without warning and not clearing this with me. I have been paying my bill and was trying to clear my account when suddenly they decide to sell my account to a partner debt collector. It feels like a scam to keep you in debt and they reel you in with a small line of credit that suddenly gets out of control the moment you try and clear the account! BEWARE!!

Terrible
Bad customer service. They’re in the Philippines. Have to jump thru hoops to get my login info. A big process. Have to send in a doc. They want me to get a copy of it. How can I do that if you can’t send me my login info? Terrible service. Won’t go the extra mile to help you. Will cancel the card when it’s paid off.

Don’t waste your time
Don’t even bother miss one payment to job loss and your account is closed get a Concora credit app they understand and allow you to miss a payment which I understand isn’t the goal but when your laid off unexpectedly things happen so at least Concora will allow you to miss a payment get back on track and keep your account open
