Horrible app and website
Have been trying to log in to make a card payment but each time whether it be on their website or mobile app keeps saying it’s under maintenance. I’m sorry how can the site be under maintenance for a week straight?! Can’t even reach a person over the phone either. Absolute trash.

Communications
The app is by far the worst. When prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email/mobile device, the app does not send the code. Therefore, you cannot log in to your account. Calling customer service (Lynn) was no help either. The only recommendation was to send a screenshot of the verification message to their service department, which didn't work either. Don't waste your time with this company. I'll be closing out my account with them.

of anything like decency to guide them. That sounds dramatic, it feels a little silly as a review, but I really can't think of a more honest one stay away from these EVIL people.

To be honest i’m soo happy with the customer support/services i love Aspire credit card they do everything fast and this credit card help me a lot i recommend this credit card with my friends thanks Aspire credit card for the support/opportunity.
Horrible customer service
They make you verify all your information just to get any assistance. Once you do that they’ll still no help

Absolutely disgusting
I haven’t been a customer of this company for very long but I would not recommend in a million years. After dealing with this app that never works, being forced to pay off my balance by logging on through my browser. I get a random email that they have went ahead and sold my account to a debt collector!! Mind you they did this without warning and not clearing this with me. I have been paying my bill and was trying to clear my account when suddenly they decide to sell my account to a partner debt collector. It feels like a scam to keep you in debt and they reel you in with a small line of credit that suddenly gets out of control the moment you try and clear the account! BEWARE!!

Terrible
Bad customer service. They’re in the Philippines. Have to jump thru hoops to get my login info. A big process. Have to send in a doc. They want me to get a copy of it. How can I do that if you can’t send me my login info? Terrible service. Won’t go the extra mile to help you. Will cancel the card when it’s paid off.

Don’t waste your time
Don’t even bother miss one payment to job loss and your account is closed get a Concora credit app they understand and allow you to miss a payment which I understand isn’t the goal but when your laid off unexpectedly things happen so at least Concora will allow you to miss a payment get back on track and keep your account open

Stay far, far away
I missed a payment by TWO days. TWO days. They proceeded to close my entire account and claim they mailed me a letter which I never received, and no such letter appears in my app inbox or email. Funny how they want you to “go paperless” and “we’ll send you everything electronically” until it’s something they don’t want you to see. This company is a scam, do NOT fall victim to their scheme like I did.

I applied for card and it kept requesting the same information after submitting without any information
They lie outright
This is the number one worst card. The customer service have all been highly trained to not give you any information you ask for. They have beat me down. Let me try to sum it up. I had an account, no matter how much I paid i couldn’t get the balance down. I finally took out a loan and paid it off. So far it cost 64.88, 25.00 and now 179.00. It’s almost laughable.

So, as far as the credit card, no issues. As far as the app…. There are no words for how frustrating it is that it loads and then doesn’t. I deleted the app and it would load, the. It wouldn’t. Over and over until finally now, it doesn’t work at all! I thought it was just me until reading some of the reviews. If I can’t pay my card payments through an app, I may just get rid of the card.

The customer representative I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and constantly talked over me instead of actually listening.

App won’t work
I love this car but have been having serious issues with app . The app when I open it it’s just a blank white page I have tried to uninstall and rental but can’t get it to work the page keeps going blank I am very frustrated
