Love the products—that’s why I’ve spent several thousand dollars with ASRV over the years.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size shorts. The return was originally approved, but I mistakenly forgot to include that pair when I mailed back my other returns. I later found them, still brand new, in the original bag with tags.
I explained the situation and asked for a one-time exchange (not a refund) for the correct size. They politely declined and stuck to the policy.
They’re absolutely entitled to do that. I just expected a little more discretion for a long-time customer. Great products, disappointing customer service.

Can’t remove items from the cart
In the latest update, once you add an item into the cart, you can’t remove it. If you try, you keep getting an error saying “Error updating item. Please try again”.
Zooming in
Why can’t you do something as simple as zooming in??? The app should reflect the quality of the clothes.
Good app, needs a little improvement
Have enjoyed this brand for a few months now. No complaints about the clothes - they all get 5 starts. The app needs a little work though - product pages are missing the fabric details which are present on the main website. There should also be a way to filter items which are out of stock in a particular size. Other than that, the app works great, and I have been able to use it to place multiple orders.

Nice app & good products, but would love Shop login support.
Love the products and the app is clean. But I can’t access my account because it’s through “Shop” and the ASRV app doesn’t seem to support logins of that type yet.
Hat sizing
I love you guys hats... but unfortunately my head is small, I would 100% go after the hats if you guys ever thought about making smaller sizes!!
Top style and quality
Amazing cutting edge style and quality. Love everything I have received so far. Although sometimes the sizing is a bit strange. Sometimes the large is big enough for me. Sometimes the xl isn’t even big enough. And sometimes xl is to big. But other than that. I’ve had great experiences with their customer service.

Not the best
It’s been 2 years using this app and the exclusive perks like drops are great but there has to be a way to fix your filters. Horrible. I click no show out of stock and it still shows me out of stock items. I click specific sizes to find out they are showing me other sizes available.. Shouldn’t be that difficult to fix this issue..

I would avoid this brand
Ordered from this brand, received a product with horrible quality and was informed couldn’t be returned. This after being charged a fee to be able to return a product. Will never shop this brand in the future
Best men clothing
This app is great. If your a fan of ASRV then you need to get it right away. You get early access to new drop, and they give LE drop only access on the app. Again the ASRV is ahead of the game ♾️🦾
ASRV is literally the best
My wife and I absolutely love all the ASRV gear. It’s such high quality and the fits are amazing. I love using the app to order for all the limited app gear.

Don’t buy ASRV
I easily get all the honeys when I wear this brand. I used to be a loser, then I slapped some ASRV on and now I have to fight the honeys off with a stick! Now I can’t do anything I want because all my time is spent fighting off honeys. I don’t like honey.

Overall, the app is solid, but improvements need to be made in order for it to be great.
1. Even though I’m already using the app, there is a button telling me to “View in App” when I pull more information about my order.
2. The app doesn’t provide details such as the “Fabric & Technology”, “Designed For”, and “Features” which are available on the website.
3. Lastly, the app UI isn’t formatted for the Dynamic Island and the top looks cutoff and messy. For the prices of their clothing, the app shouldn’t have this problem.
Please fix the following issues.

Super excited about this shopping experience. Easy and fast to navigate through the app. The clothing is stylish and comfy fell in love with the clothes when I visited the store in La Jolla.
