Don’t update to iOS 26.6 on a 17 pro/max
Mine was working off and on with random crashes for finding gear chests and fast traveling. Updated iOS to attempt to fix it and I got the never ending “initializing” bug. Now unplayable on my iPhone 17 Pro. If by chance you get it to work, don’t update to iOS 26.6. It’ll overheat your device and make games unplayable.

Can’t create an account
The game says there an error. Can’t create the Ubisoft account, so I can’t play. Waste of fifteen minutes.
Force to login, Dictator Communist level control.
I remember playing Assassin’s Creed’s after long day at school 15 years ago. Taking a long state test or came home after football game and need to widen down. Now, you can’t play this game without signing your soul to the evil Marxist communist regime, given access to your whole life. The game makes are controlled by Dictator Communist Marxist level of control that you would soon need to show your true loyalty. What we have become, what have Assassins Creed turned to. Let games be games and not means of controlling and forcing damaging Marxist ideology to us and say this is good for our society.

Completionists Beware!
When you start the game in Baghdad, one of your first missions is in a harbor, with a treasure chest in the big ship to loot, but it is blocked by a series of boxes.
There’s a glitch where you can’t even move the first box in any direction so you’ll never be able to complete this district.
I’ve tried what others have suggested like leaving the area and coming back, reloading the app, and on my second play through, with full synchronization on, still the same problem persists, I just can’t get behind the box because it won’t move anywhere.
Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal game. Best thing I’ve played on an iPad and I’ve tried many games.

Refund please
Was an amazing experience, up until I noticed the game keeps deleting itself, wanting me to keep re-downloading, wasting mobile data, then trying to force me to log into stupid Ubisoft before playing. I bought this game, purchased with my hard earned Aussie dollars, so one would think I owned it but wrong. This is exactly where gaming companies are starting to rape and rob their customers. I’ve given up on this and have fully uninstalled the app, and id like a full refund in return.
