Disgruntled user
Terrible app. Doesn’t give the dark feature as an option. Fonts are too small hard to read on a phone. Cannot move from page to page without freezing. I had to turn off my phone to get out of the app. Doesn’t hold passwords.

Pretty clunky
I login sometimes it takes five minutes just to get to the logon screen. When I’m finished looking at my data, the account button and it doesn’t let me log out. I basically killed the session just to get out of. I try and stay away as often as possible
Need to upgrade
Very frustrating that you can’t save your login and password information so you have to enter manually every time. Also why offer the option to “do not challenge me on this device for 30 days” if it doesn’t work??
Terrible App
For a company that holds all the money, you would think some of it would be used for a better app with a nice UX. Not around here! This app is glitchy, clunky, ugly, and NEVER ACCEPTS MY LOGIN CREDENTIALS. I literally have to change my password each and every time I’m logged out because when I try to login using my credentials that I know are true and accurate, the app is like— NOPE. Genuinely despise this app with a heated passion. Fix it please, for the love of god.

Blank Screen
Never had any problems before but today I’m trying to get logged in and when I opened the app today all I got was a blank screen. I am able to login on the website.

App needs work
Works about 10% of the time. Then i need to delete the app and reinstall it. Then it “might” work once or twice.

Slow mark
I thought some apps were slow to update but this is this the worst. It spins and spins. Then it doesn’t update with the market daily.
Pain
Every time the system has a notice at the top, you can not scroll down far enough to get logged in when you have to refresh crendentials

Why can’t this team of developers get it together. This app is always lagging behind.
Unbelievably bad
When our new financial advisor wanted to move our investments from Charles Schwab to Assetmark, we reluctantly agreed. That was a HUGE mistake. When i saw the 2.2 rating I was concerned, now now I think that rating is too high. When i tried to get Assetmark to call my landline with a security code, the first 2 times, it said “calling”, but no call came. The 3rd time a call came, but there was no recording. The 4th time it worked. Then came the security question “in what city were you born?” I was born in Kansas City, but I could not use that, because the word “city” appeared in the question. After finally getting in, I tried to dig down to individual holdings. When I could not find anything, I clicked on “Overview” and that resulted in the spinning wheel hang up. I closed the app and relaunched—still spinning wheel hang up. I had to reboot my iPad. When I got back in, clicking on “Overview” again hung up the app. This app does not appear to have been well tested before release.

Terrible app
App keeps freezing once you log in. No way to see actual holdings just some generic data. Also not able to make changes to method of delivery of documents.
Can’t even log in
Try periodically for MONTHS to log in. Never works. Have to go to the web browser version to check my account.

This app never works. The system is ALWAY unavailable every time I log in on the app. Terrible
Terrible App
The app always freezes or glitches. It asks for me to login and do 2 factor authentication all the time even tho I check the “don’t challenge me again on this device” box every time. And half the time when i do log in it is “unavailable”

Poor App
It does not log me in with face recognition and will occasionally just not load. Assetmark has the resources to build a proper app, please invest in this for the sake of clients who are trusting you with their money.
