App won’t upload
I can’t even get the app to upload TO my iPhone
slow
I'm on wifi and the app is incredibly slow. I checked for app updates, it happened two months ago. Not really helpful if I can't access.
Issues
The app doesn’t recognize my reference number and there is no way to contact customer service. 🤷🏻♀️
Suboptimal and incomplete
The app doesn’t work if you don’t have a cellular connection so you can’t access any services or even obtain a telephone number for help. The embassy list is incomplete and when you choose an embassy location such as the United States new embassy appears. Really helpful if you want to know about storms in Texas or the primary religion in Iceland, however.
