This company puts out the most insightful and well presented travel guides I’ve yet seen, and I’ve seen a bunch. There’s a user friendly authenticity to their stuff that makes traveling so much more enjoyable.
Excellent Drive tours
We bought the Kauai and Big Island drive tours and the content was helpful, entertaining and educational. The content turns on based on the gps signals. The advice on the lookouts in Kauai was spot on. The technology truly functioned as if we hired an actual local guide riding in the car with us. Customer service was very responsive. Highly highly recommend the drive tours even if it’s an additional cost. The value we derived was worth it.

Not at all happy
Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. I used their print version for years and really enjoyed them. The app is terrible- It is awkward to navigate, focuses on a lot of retail. The app fails to recognize that I have paid for the “upgraded” edition and so won’t let me access any of the truly useful information. Really poor and disappointing execution of this app when compared with their books. No way to contact customer service- ? Maybe customer service isn’t of any interest to them?
