It is very disappointing that this app doesn’t show pending debits and credits. The previous app did.

The login user setup is obtuse and not user friendly at all.
Worst Bank App Ever.
Every time they update the app, you have to manually re enter your login info. Then you have to manually re enter allll of your connected bank info because if you press “connect bank with credentials” it will take eons to load (it never loads). The worst customer service support for the app, they just tell you to go to the website, BY THE WAY half the things on their website are unhelpful too. They don’t list your account number or routing number, but when you call saying you need it they tell you where to find it however it IS NOT THERE. They are no where to be found in the app. I should be able to easily and seamlessly pay my credit card bill using another bank as well as look at my account or routing number for this bank if I need to amongst other things. Just trash.

They used to have Face ID then they took it away.
New App Design
The new app layout is awesome! It’s much easier to navigate and I like having all of the payment options in one folder in the main screen.
New UpDate
The app was working great, but now It does not do "face ID" and It does not remember me, to log me in or back in. I have tried the button to turn it off and back on to remember my log in but it does not.
I am required to constantly relog in every time I go back to the app. or when it logs me out because I took too long. It is awful.

This app confounds me repeatedly. I cannot easily move money into or out of my accounts. Zelle transactions are simple with all my other financial institutions.
