Unable to load content please refresh
Get on every page “unable to load content please refresh page” . This error never goes away and this error keeps from you completing transactions whether it’s a profile update / setting or transaction .
Account Sorting
You used to be able to put your accounts in any order you wanted, based on your own prioritization. The app now forces you to show all savings accounts first and all checking accounts second. I want to be able to see my highest priority accounts first without a forced checking/savings grouping.
Reorder Accounts Missing
Where did the reorder accounts on the mobile app go ? I called in and they said the new update is just the way it is. Not very customer focused.
Little slow
It’s a little slow to register money taken and deposited from my checking account, which makes it a little hard to see what’s in my account, but all in all, Union is great ans I’ve used it for years
