Unable to load content please refresh
Get on every page “unable to load content please refresh page” . This error never goes away and this error keeps from you completing transactions whether it’s a profile update / setting or transaction .
Account Sorting
You used to be able to put your accounts in any order you wanted, based on your own prioritization. The app now forces you to show all savings accounts first and all checking accounts second. I want to be able to see my highest priority accounts first without a forced checking/savings grouping.
Reorder Accounts Missing
Where did the reorder accounts on the mobile app go ? I called in and they said the new update is just the way it is. Not very customer focused.
Little slow
It’s a little slow to register money taken and deposited from my checking account, which makes it a little hard to see what’s in my account, but all in all, Union is great ans I’ve used it for years
What’s wrong with this app???
I’ve used this app for years and never had an issue until recently. Every time i log in it takes 2-4 mins for my balance to appear. Like it’s “loading” forever! I’m trying to see my balance as soon as i log in, this delay is annoying!
The app is super slow
It’s nice to once it decides to open. It really needs an update.

The app is decent. Except the “remember device” function is worthless.

Could be much better
There’s no way to manage locking and unlocking your card with this main app. The separate card manager app is worthless/non functional and needs to be removed. It never let me past the enrollment screen. Because there’s no easy way to lock your card when you’re not using it I decided to go without one. Also, don’t use a VPN when using the app. I got locked out and had to do full identity verification to get back in. Also, transfers from external accounts kept throwing transfer limit errors without telling me what the limit was. $500 was the most I could get to transfer at a time. Ended up having to write a check to myself to avoid making 15+ transfers.

Monthly payments
I’m not liking this payments on my own money I’m not feeling good about this.
Can’t Access
Today 20Oct2025 was able to access 1x. Returned to confirm posted transactions and the app does not open. Keep receiving “Disclosure not accepted. please refresh and accept the disclosure to sign into the app” when I do as requested only get the circling symbol that after a few seconds returns with the same “quote” as above. Need a solution to resolve. Please advise.

Love GA’s Own
This credit union is so helpful! They always credit my account immediately when I deposit checks. When my Social Security check arrives it is immediately credited to my account and I can use that money to pay my bills while some of my friends banks do not allow them access to their money early. When I do go in n Georgia Own they are the friendliest employees ever. They are very nice to the customers and they truly act like they love their job. You don’t find that very often.

Needs improvement
All you can see is balances on this app. I have a credit card through them & I can’t see any of the transactions only the balances! It doesn’t even tell me when & how much my minimum payment is. Whats the point of the app if I can’t see minor things like this?? I can pay online & THEN it says what to pay but all of that should be on main page. It’s a frustrating & behind app. Please update & have better information available. Even when I click on my statement it only shows my savings statement not my credit card statement. I’m not able to validate transactions if I wanted/needed to.

Ability to lock account
I love the mobile app. I do wish this app had the ability to lock if the member needed to lock it for any reason. This would be a plus
