Their customer service never responds to support requests- even about adding funds etc.
I loved the app when it came out. Then it turned into this current version- everything is AI- and incorrect. Not to mention basic features transitioned to paid content.
This turned into a bad joke. It truly was great at first.

I canceled my subscription but yet they keep charging me. Try to contact customer service but throws an error code every single time…starting to feel like a money scam…it literally says I’ve cancelled my subscription but yet you try to charge me everyday with the yearly subscription rate…if I could’ve gave 0 starts I would’ve

I’ve used this app for a very long time. I even bought what I thought was lifetime “premium” access as it was described at the time. Now, I see the goalpost has been moved and they’re now on a subscription based model. I can’t access the in-depth analysis like I used to. So I basically forked over $60+ for nothing now. Sad what’s happened to this app. Everything is a money grab.

Very thorough application
I bought the 1 year subscription to test it out. I have been impressed and throughly enjoy how light or deep the information is. This is a very well rounded app that cover so much information!

Bought a year subscription and they removed almost all the access couple months in.
I bought the 1 year subscription stating that I would have access to all but the interactive portions without an upgrade. Now a couple months into using the app and enjoying it; all the thing I paid to have access to at the beginning are premium only. I will be canceling and not renewing because I didn’t get what I paid for.

Please fix the natal chart
Great concept and very comprehensive but it's not calculating my natal chart correctly. It's great personalized content but completely inaccurate if your natal chart is off.

Not a fan of this app and immediately wanted a refund. The readings look to be written by AI, and it doesn’t seem to account for local time zones. I think there are much better apps out there. Even after paying for the premium version, they are still wanting to charge for things.

What happened?
I loved this app before they are making everyone pay to get the benefits we had before. Idk why you are making us pay now. I loved accessing all features. I was on this app everyday reading my chart and my horoscopes and now I’m not really getting the benefits I was before so now it’s not useful I have to go to 3 or 4 apps for the same information I was getting here for free. Yall need to go back to your roots. Quality over quantity

Has Potential…
A bit slow, and somewhat buggy. The way transits are shown is no longer intuitive, convenient, or understandable for someone who isn’t an expert. The translations have been bad, but may have gotten somewhat better. Fundamentally, the app is nice, but there are rough edges.

Inaccuracies all over!
This app often is off on dates and alignments. It will say your February preview but give information about August or December. It gave me a forecast for a sign that wasn’t mine for 2026. I wanted to like it, but it’s too inaccurate! Do not waste money on this app!
