Scammed pensioner with dementia in to subscribing & wont refund
❌❌❌AVOID ❌❌❌My mum somehow subscribed to this stupid horoscope thing, she has dementia & isn’t aware of what she’s doing sometimes. I have begged the company to refund her £29.99 as that is her food money for the next 2 weeks but they’ve refused saying she agreed to terms & conditions. She’s 73 with dementia & she’s devastated her money is gone, she made a mistake. I contacted the company within 20 minutes of the payment being taken but they’ve refused to reverse the charge.

Withdrawal from account that was not authorised
I downloaded the app and agreed to pay the 1.00 to receive my soulmate picture but since then deleted the app. This app has since tried to take two more payments from account for 9.62 & 11.62 which I did not authorise!!! “Take me off your records NOW” FUMING!!!!
Free trial is a lie
I didn’t like the app, so I can lewd the subscription and was still charged. Now I have to fight my bank to get the funds back. Waste of time and money
They won’t stop trying to charge me
❌I accidentally bought a subscription and canceled it right away. A month later and they’re still trying to charge me, this was before my free trial was done, I canceled the first day. They won’t answer my message and I’ve been contacting non stop. I’m not paying for a subscription I canceled, I don’t even have the money to do so. ❌
